Enhancing Web Content Structure
As a web designer, I collaborated with the Communications Director to enhance MAC's web content structure following a comprehensive audit in Q4 2022. Guiding senior team members, program leaders, and subject matter experts, I facilitated web content updates that resulted in significant metrics improvements:

• 10% increase in traffic.
• 15% rise in click rates.
Additionally, I developed a website style guide to align with the MAC brand, ensuring
cohesive digital platforms management.
Enhancing User Experience with Custom UI Components
Many of MAC's 120 web pages lacked visual coherence and consistent presentation, hindering user experience and engagement. I addressed these challenges by creating custom UI components to streamline navigation and enhance information hierarchy. Presenting UI Components to Teams
I presented the revamped UI to MAC's senior team and staff, highlighting its intuitive navigation and hierarchical structure designed for efficient user interaction. This approach prioritized engagement tracking to optimize member interaction with the app and website, tailored specifically to the needs of returning members.
Improved Webpages
Collaborating closely with department directors and subject matter experts, I redesigned over 120 web pages, overcoming unique challenges to elevate user experience and engagement. Guiding directors in recognizing the value of these enhancements, I demonstrated their direct impact on boosting webpage engagement.
Website Guideline
Upon completing the web page redesigns, I developed a comprehensive 17-page website guidelines document. Previously lacking specific web standards, this document covers essential elements such as typography, color schemes, button design, and more, ensuring consistent and cohesive digital branding for MAC.
